Our cookies stay fresh for a week, when placed in an air-tight container and kept at room temperature...but we've never seen that level of self-control.
You sure can. For the best experience, we suggest placing them in an oven at 350 degrees for 2 minutes–watch carefully! In a pinch, you can microwave each cookie for 5 seconds to recreate their post-oven glory.
Because we bake them fresh--with no preservatives, ever--our cookies are best eaten within a week. If you’ve had the cookies shipped to you, they should be eaten within 5 days of arrival.

Our gluten-free cookies are produced in a certified gluten-free facility. While some of our cookies do not contain nuts, our bakery produces cookies with walnuts and peanuts, so we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment. However, we follow the strictest food safety standards and strive to avoid cross-contact.
